Summer Fair 2007

At the end of June the Friends of Ysgol Deganwy organised the annual Summer Fair. As always it was well-attended and very successful. There were lots of stalls, competitions and refreshments. The event has rased just over one thousand pounds which will go towards helping the school.

Nearly 50 children brought their bikes for the community police officers to add an invisible identity mark. The police gave each young cyclist a free lock to protect their bikes.

 

There was a competition for the best scarecrow

 

In the school hall there were more stalls and tombolas

 

P.C Walmsley giving Shannon her a new bike which had been kindly supplied free of charge by Halford's. Shannon had recently had her own bike, which she had been given on her birthday, stolen from her home.
