Autumn Term 2006

On Thursday 26th October there is a school disco at the 'Hotpoint Club' on Victoria Drive from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. Tickets are £1 and are available from Mrs. Williams, Yr2

Friday 1st December is the annual School Xmas Fair, from 6pm to 8pm. There will be the usual mix of games to play & prizes to win and also Father Christmas will be in his Grotto. Other stalls are Chocolate Tombola, Cakes, Crafts, Children books, toys & games, face painting and refreshments. The main raffle prize will be a Luxury Xmas Hamper plus other prizes. Also there will a Xmas cake Raffle. Entrance is 50p which includes a free drink.

As ever plenty of help is required for the Xmas fair so if you can help please do! Claire Williams will be organising the collection for the items for the Xmas Hamper and Leah Price will be organizing the Chocolate Tombola. Donations for the children's books, toys & game stall can be left in the Foyer from Monday 27th November. Donations for the cake stall, please bring the cakes on the day or straight to the fair in the evening.

There are two meetings for the Friends of Ysgol Deganwy; one on Wednesday 8th November at 7.30pm at 116 Albert Drive (Fiona Richards) and a second one on Friday 10th November at 2pm at school for those people unable to make the evening meeting. Please come along if you would like to help with the Xmas Fair!
