Dosbarth Derbyn work outdoors

In June Dosbarth Derbyn had fine weather for their outdoor week.  

 

The children made a underwater mural using lots of different tools, such as rollers sponges and jam jars!   

 

The children painted cardboard boxes to make ships

 

Here the children made an underwater poster

 

The children also used modroc and spare materials to create 3-D mermaids  

 

The children playing in the pagoda that they have decorated as an underwater scene 

 

 

The children used the boats to practise problem solving skills 

 

The children posed for a picture on the pirate ship

 

The children listened to music in the pagoda and then used musical instruments to make their own underwater music.

 

They made fish and octopuses out of paper plates to put on the woven sea

The children used blue and yellow paper that they had decorated as sand and sea

 

The children enjoyed playing on the climbing frame and soft mats
