On one Thursday we were lucky because the cook invited us to the school kitchen. We wanted to compare her bread to the one that we made in class. The cook is called Auntie Karen.

    Auntie Karen got a bag of ready mixed bread. It means that it has got the mixture  in it already. So she put the bag of ready mix in the machine and when she put the machine on the wheel inside went round and round and it went very fast. 

    Then Auntie Karen put some plain flour on the work surface and took out the dough and put it on the work surface where the flour was. We all got to knead the dough.

    After we had done that Auntie Karen put it in the oven and she used it as pizza bases.
